DAiVE is a live virtual coaching platform using AI, built for sales and service teams. People practice live conversations with a virtual customer on video, are scored against their organization's own standard, and receive written coaching after every completed session.

What DAiVE does

Live, unscripted conversations with a virtual customer shown on video.
The learner speaks through a microphone. No camera. No audio or video of staff is stored.
Each session is about one product or one customer concern.
Every completed session is scored against the organization's own product facts and process.
After every completed session: a written scorecard with coaching and the full transcript.
Managers see readiness by organization, region, location and person. Any view exports to CSV or PDF.
Content and standards are loaded per organization by the DAiVE team. Most teams run their first session within two weeks.
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, or email and password.
