Your program builds the knowledge. DAiVE adds the part that has never scaled: individual practice with a customer, scored against your standard, with written coaching after every session. You set the standard once. DAiVE coaches to it every day.
Knowledge is the foundation and training builds it well. Using that knowledge with a real person is a separate skill: reading what matters to them, choosing what to say, handling the question that was not in the module. Skills are built by doing, with feedback, repeatedly. A meta-analysis of 65 simulation studies found trainees practicing in simulations had 20 percent higher confidence, 14 percent more procedural knowledge and 9 percent better retention than comparison groups, and the gains held when the simulation supplemented other instruction (Sitzmann, 2011). Feedback that carries specific information is about four times as effective as praise or correction alone (Wisniewski, Zierer and Hattie, 2020). That is the step DAiVE adds to what you already deliver.
Coaching and training, the two functionsA professional coaching session averages US$244 an hour, and only 27 percent of organizations extend coaching beyond managers and executives (ICF, 2023). Managers cannot absorb the gap; they spend about 13 percent of their time developing their people (Deloitte, 2025) and 45 percent say they lack confidence to develop the skills their teams need (Gartner, 2019). Classroom role-play gives each person one turn. DAiVE gives every learner a practice partner that is always available and a coach that writes the same quality of feedback for the hundredth person as for the first.
Your product facts, process steps, customer types and brand language are loaded for your organization. Every learner on a module is measured the same way.
